I ordered for a Dell laptop on Amazon, Its price is 50490/- The configuration shown are 16 GB RAM and 512 SSD, I selected Openbox delivery. The parcel was addressed to my sister, I requested the delivery agent to power on the laptop when he called me for OTP, but he said he doesnt have any obligation to power on, his duty is to unbox the pack and check whether there is physical damage, When I power on the laptop it is noticed that there was no SSD and The RAM is 8 GB. I contacted the support team, their reply were not favorable and they said there is refund in a open box purchase. After that I sent an email to grievance@amazon.in, They replied that they would conduct a investigation 15, 16 and 17 and find a solution to my problems. but they replied on 17 th June that are not ready to refund and they were not ready to how they arrived this decision. Already I have given a complaints to https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/ and it is in process.
